Singer Lady Gaga returned to the stage this week and ticket holders at the Manhattan gig were treated to an impressive show. Wed. night ( Jan 20 th ) saw the Bad Romance popstar maker her first performance since she was compelled to cancel a gig in Indiana after affected by exhaustion and dehydration. The live performance of Bad Romance was much different from the single version. According to Entertainment Weekly, NY show was one of the finest concerts ever. Reviewer Tim Stack stated that he about “wept with joy” it was so good.
“Gaga’s Monster Ball tour is one of the best concert experiences of my life,” he announced.
During the show, Gaga dedicated one of her songs, Dumbfounded , to the people of Haiti.
“There’s lots of folks in the world now who require our help. Sing this so God can hear us. Sing this for the people of Haiti,” she said to the audience. The show might be even better for UK fans as Gaga lately guaranteed to “revamp” her Monster Ball tour when it arrives this month, beginning at Manchester’s MEN Arena on Feb 18th. Ady GaGa has climbed to the pinnacle of the Irish albums chart with The Celebrity Monster. The US vocalist pushes last week’s chart-topper Paolo Nutini down to 2nd place with Bright Side Up, while Florence and the Machine’s Lungs drops one spot to 3rd. Michael Bubl’s Crazy Love and Black Eyed Peas’ The E.N.D. Take the leftover 2 positions in the top 5. In the meantime , the highest new entry of the week comes from Canadian star Justin Bieber, who debuts in 12th position with My World.
